Shipping policy

We carefully pack and ship orders from Slovenia using Pošta Slovenije and trusted international delivery partners. In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day.

Estimated delivery times

  • Slovenia: 1–2 business days
  • Austria, Croatia, Hungary: 2–3 business days
  • Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Slovakia: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
  • United States & Canada: approximately 7–14 business days

Delivery estimates are counted from dispatch, not from the date of purchase. They may vary during busy periods, due to carrier delays, or when customs clearance is required.

Shipping rates and free shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight. We offer free shipping when the order value after discounts reaches these thresholds:

  • Slovenia: €50
  • European Union (excluding Slovenia): €100
  • Rest of Europe (outside the EU): €150
  • United States: $250 USD
  • Canada: $350 CAD

Free-shipping thresholds apply to the discounted order value. The shipping options and final cost for your destination are displayed at checkout.

Order processing

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or Slovenian public holidays are normally processed on the next business day. Preorders, made-to-order products and customized orders may require additional preparation time.

International shipping and customs

We ship to destinations across Europe, the United States and Canada. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes or customs handling fees may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Local pickup in Ljubljana

Local pickup is available at Ljubljana Central Market (Tržnica), Adamič-Lundrovo nabrežje 3, 1000 Ljubljana.

We are usually at the market between 10:00 and 15:00, particularly during warmer months. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification and contact us before visiting to confirm that we will be there at your preferred pickup time.
