Burn Time
How long do your candles burn?
Burn times vary by size. As a guide: our small candles (100–150 g) burn for approximately 20–30 hours; medium candles (200–250 g) for 40–55 hours; and large candles (300–400 g) for 60–80 hours. For the most accurate estimate, check the individual product page.
How can I get the most out of my candle?
Trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn and allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges on the first use — this prevents tunnelling and extends burn life. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time, and always burn on a heat-resistant surface away from draughts.

What wax do you use?
We use a premium blend of natural beeswax and coconut wax. Beeswax burns cleanly, releases negative ions that help purify the air, and has a naturally warm, honey-like scent. Coconut wax is sustainably sourced, burns slowly, and provides exceptional fragrance throw.
Are your candles clean-burning?
Yes. Our wax blend is free from paraffin, parabens, and synthetic additives. We use cotton wicks and phthalate-free fragrance or pure essential oils, so you can enjoy your candle without worry.
Are your ingredients natural?
We prioritise natural, responsibly sourced ingredients. Our fragrances are carefully selected to be clean and skin-safe, and all materials are chosen with both your wellbeing and the environment in mind.

How do I choose the right scent?
We organise our scents by mood to help you find the perfect match:
- Calming — Lavender & Sage, Lemongrass & Sage. Ideal for winding down, meditation, or a restful bedroom atmosphere.
- Romantic — Rose & Sandalwood, Rose & Clove, Jasmine & Sandalwood. Perfect for intimate evenings or a luxurious bath ritual.
- Fresh — Grapefruit & Rosemary, Grapefruit & Vanilla. Energising and uplifting; great for living spaces or a morning routine.
- Cozy — Sandalwood & Vanilla, Cedarwood & Bergamot. Warm and grounding; ideal for autumnal evenings or gifting.

How strong is the scent throw?
Our coconut-beeswax blend is an excellent carrier for fragrance, giving a noticeable but never overpowering scent. We recommend our candles for rooms up to 30–40 m².

Do you offer gift packaging?

Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?

What if my candle arrives damaged?
We take great care with packaging, but if anything arrives less than perfect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
